Dr. Shanggari, with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Asian market and a PhD in Public & Healthcare Administration, is dedicated to using data to cultivate workplace well-being and advance ESG principles. She has built working relationships with over 800 CEOs, heads of state, and investors globally, driving impactful change and sustainability across diverse sectors. Shanggari also currently serves as the Chief Executive of Mors Group, where she assists companies, corporate leaders, and eminent industrialists to share a platform to exhibit leadership & sustainability excellence.

Keeshen has held a variety of consulting roles throughout his career - working with large corporations and SMEs alike across the ASEAN region. His experience synergises big-picture creative thinking in strategic planning & innovation with detailed processes for execution across the broader value chain. Over the course of his career, Keeshen has consulted on prominent environmental & social issues with leaders from financial institutions, conglomerates and manufacturing organisations. Prior to Aubrens, Keeshen has worked at KPMG Malaysia developing and validating Credit Risk models for Financial Institutions in Malaysia.

An economist by nature, Osho is the team’s client strategy lead in developing end-to-end business strategies for large corporations across the region. Osho’s areas of expertise lies primarily in supporting clients in advancing their global ratings and gaining industry recognition, aligning business strategy to ESG innovation. Leading up to this role, he has served at the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research, where he conducted economic-related research and econometric modelling to observe and analyse trends for market forecasting.
