She has worked with several of the largest listed companies across the region, guiding organisations towards ESG stewardship. As an experienced trainer, Dr. Jayanthi regularly conducts training and lectures for institutions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, across various sustainability and community investment areas. Beyond Aubrens, she also serves as an Independent non-Executive Director of diversified conglomerate Berjaya Corporation, and is also a member of the Board Audit, Risk and Nomination committees.
Dr. Shanggari, with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Asian market and a PhD in Public & Healthcare Administration, is dedicated to using data to cultivate workplace well-being and advance ESG principles. She has built working relationships with over 800 CEOs, heads of state, and investors globally, driving impactful change and sustainability across diverse sectors. Shanggari also currently serves as the Chief Executive of Mors Group, where she assists companies, corporate leaders, and eminent industrialists to share a platform to exhibit leadership & sustainability excellence.
Keeshen has held a variety of consulting roles throughout his career - working with large corporations and SMEs alike across the ASEAN region. His experience synergises big-picture creative thinking in strategic planning & innovation with detailed processes for execution across the broader value chain. Over the course of his career, Keeshen has consulted on prominent environmental & social issues with leaders from financial institutions, conglomerates and manufacturing organisations. Prior to Aubrens, Keeshen has worked at KPMG Malaysia developing and validating Credit Risk models for Financial Institutions in Malaysia.
An economist by nature, Osho is the team’s client strategy lead in developing end-to-end business strategies for large corporations across the region. Osho’s areas of expertise lies primarily in supporting clients in advancing their global ratings and gaining industry recognition, aligning business strategy to ESG innovation. Leading up to this role, he has served at the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research, where he conducted economic-related research and econometric modelling to observe and analyse trends for market forecasting.
Janak is a consultant and project manager who is well-versed in turning ESG innovation into business success. She combines her diverse educational background with practical expertise to foster ESG adoption across the region, building strong relationships with clients, driving ESG innovation and assembling high-performance teams. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering specialising in renewable energy, Janak’s expertise covers hydrogen energy, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), carbon mitigation and GHG accounting as well as climate change policy.
Darren is the team’s strategic communications consultant with a track record of building market visibility and demand for fast-growing companies across Asia. He is experienced in leading lean teams to develop and execute creative and strategic ESG-focused marketing, successfully aligning sales and marketing for organisational growth. Over the years of his outstanding career, he has managed and maintained relationships with sustainability heads of Fortune 500 corporations across Asia, with a key portfolio of clients from the financial services sector, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and the consumer goods sector.
